The employees of Adjara Regional Division of the Environmental Supervision Department of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture took a planned action to detect illegal use and recycling of timber in Shuakhevi municipality.
The undertaken measures revealed - 4 unregistered sawing factories,  3 facts of violation of timber transportation rules, violation of 2 Rules of Procedure of sawing factories, 3 Illegal Forest Use, two out of which contain signs of criminal offense.
Materials will be sent to the relevant bodies for further legal reaction.
