Request public information
When submitting a public information request to the Ministry all required fields (name, surname, etc.) should be filled. If your application responds requirements of the Article 78 of the General Administrative Code of Georgia (including the signed doc.) upload your application in choose file. You can use a following sample application form as a guide when applying. Download application form.
Electronic request for information is also possible through citizens web portal www.mygov.ge , if you choose a portal, in this case you must use a new ID card attached to a special reader on your computer or go to the House of Justice of Georgia and take a user name and password to register on the portal.
