Solomon Pavliashvili met with the residents of Aspindza Municipality

The Deputy Minister of Environmenal Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, Solomon Pavliashvili held meetings with the residents  of Nakalakevi, Mirashkhani, Tmogvi and Fia villages, Aspindza Municipality.

The Mayor of Aspindza, Rostom Magrakvelidze, Deputy Chairman of Parliament, Ilia Nakashidze and Majoritarian MP Giorgi Kopadze attended the meeting.
The residents of the villages got representatives of central and local government familiar with their needs and problems.

 At the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture brought forward agricultural development programs supported by Georgian Government.
Solomon Pavliashvili outlined the importance of agro insurance program and urged farmers to get engaged in it.

 “ The residents of Aspindza Municipality are engaged in the state agricultural programs to the greatest extent. The municipality has a great potential in the livestock, horticulture and beekeeping fields. Therefore, we aim to reach the full potential, accordingly, residents of the villages should create agricultural cooperatives, get involved in the state programs, receive maximum amount of benefits which ultimately leads to an increase in income ”- said the Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture.

The representatives of government raised awareness of the residents of Nakalakevi, Mirashkhani, Tmogvi and Fia villages on the planned and ongoing activities, including infrastructure projects, arrangement and construction of drinking and irrigation water systems and outpatient clinics.

The Representatives of the government will hold similar meetings with the population in other municipalities as well.
