Agricultural and environmental projects have been discussed at the meeting

The Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, Levan Davitashvili met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Georgia, Jos Douma. Under the frame of the consolidation process, the sides have been focused on planned projects and highlighted future cooperation issues. According to Levan Davitashvili, Active cooperation will include agrarian and environmental projects noted the Minister, who also stressed the possibility of rapid and efficient implementation of these projects.

Levan Davitashvili introduced the Ambassador with the large scale project targeted on the development of greenhouse cluster and creation of agro zone in Imereti region. The Minister brought forward the possibility of exporting Georgian agricultural products to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. At the meeting the sides discussed the development of berry crops in Georgia as well
