Presentation of the OECD report
The Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Nino Tandilashvili attended the presentation of the report "Mobilization of Financial Resources for Climate Change Action in Georgia" which was presented by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
The Deputy Minister thanked the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the German Government for organizing the event. Nino Tandilashvili underlined the importance of attracting financing resources in the sphere of climate change and drew her attention to the private sector initiatives to support green initiatives.
The importance of elaborating the main policy document on climate change and attracting financing resources was brought forward at the meeting.
The experts in climate change related issues along with the representatives of public, private and non-governmental sector attended the meeting.
