Meetings with the local residents will be further continued under the open dialogue mode

The representatives of central and local government held meetings with the residents of Tsintskaro, Kosalari and Khaishi in Tetritskaro municipality and got acquainted with the existing needs and challenges facing the villages.

The Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, Solomon Pavliashvili provided locals with the agricultural and rural development projects implemented by Georgian government, thereby, he brought forward results and benefits achieved within the projects.

The rural community prioritized arrangement of drinking water system and internal roads as main needs and problems facing the residents.
Kvemo Kartli State Representative, Shota Rekhviashvili noted, that in 2020, the activities will be implemented to deal with the aforementioned problems.
The officials of the local government discussed ongoing and planned infrastructure projects in the municipality and discussed ways to overcome existing challenges together with the local population. 
 

In 2019, 128 infrastructural projects worth 8,000,000 will be implemented in Tetritskaro Municipality, including arrangement of road infrastructure and outpatient facilities, rehabilitation of schools and kindergartens, implementation of village support projects and  disaster prevention activities.

The Deputy Minister of IDPs from the occupied territories, labour, health and social affairs of Georgia, Giorgi Tsotskolauri, Deputy Finance Minister Mikhail Dundua, a member of Parliament, Goderdze Chankseliani and representatives of local Government attended the meeting in the villages Tsintskaro, Kosalari and Khaishi in Tetritskaro municipality.
