Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture hosted the participants of the (SYMPA), the School of Young Managers in Public Administration in the Republic of Belarus
At the meeting, the Deputy Minister presented strategic vision of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture and drew her attention to the ongoing, as well as planned projects. The issues related to the access to cheap financial resources, sectoral development, scientific-research, viticulture, viniculture, education and environmental protection were discussed by participants.
The Deputy Minister has been focused on the obligations taken under the EU Association Agreement and outlined the achieved results in the aforementioned area.
The importance of traditional and new markets, including European market, reputation and quality of Georgian products in the domestic and foreign markets as well as the importance of quality-oriented state policy was also emphasized by sides.
Khatia Tsilosani brought forward close trade-economic relations between Georgia and the Republic of Belarus, thereby she noted, that two countries have many years of successful cooperation in the field of agriculture.Â
The Adviser to the Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Omar Kacharava attended the meeting.
Omar Kacharava accompanied by the representatives of the National Wine Agency toured the guests to the wine museum and Enoteka.
It should be mentioned, that SYMPA educational program is carried out annually aiming to share experience of successful reformer countries.
