Levan Davitashvili hosted the Director General of FONDAZIONE EDMUND MACH
The Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, Levan Davitashvili  met with the Director General of FONDAZIONE EDMUND MACH, Mario Del Grosso Destreri.
The cooperation between the two countries including scientific-research activities and vocational education, providing specialist training in all areas of agriculture have been brought forward at the meeting..
Levan Davitashvili stated, that training of agrarian specialists is a topical issue for Georgia. Accordingly, cooperation with the representatives of Italian Research and Development Center is crucial.
At the meeting, the Minister provided Mario Del Grosso with the agricultural achievements and outlined the importance of extension services.
The Majoritarian MP Davit Songulashvili, Director of the Agricultural Research Center Levan Ujmajuridze and Head of the Horticulture & Viticulture research Department, Zviad Bobokashvili attended the meeting at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia.
