" the Minister of  Environmental Protection and Agriculture Levan Davitashvili said at the briefing, which was held after Prime Minister’s meeting with the Managers of Grocery Stores and food Chains.

 “The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture has a continuous monitoring system, moreover, the working group is set to maintain regular communication with all persons engaged in the supply chain, including importers, local manufacturers, distributors and retailers. We take full responsibility, while announcing, that there is no reason to panic.

I would like to note, that there is no danger of food deficit in the country, accordingly, there is no reason to panic. It is important to enhance the sense of civic responsibility and promote civic participation " Levan Davitashvili said.
