Levan Davitashvili: "In the current circumstances we should acquire a heightened sense of solidarity to meet the basic needs of our citizens"
"The whole government headed by the Prime Minister of Georgia was engaged in the decision-making process. The leader of Georgian Dream coalition, Bidzina Ivanishvili together with the members of parliament, government officials, political leaders of the ‘’Georgian Dream’’ party supported the new initiative of launching a National Solidarity Campaign in the country.At the end of the Coordination Council meeting, the Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture made a statement.
‘’I believe, that this new initiative is the beginning of the universal solidarity movement in the country. Through our unity and joint efforts we will deal with the existing challenge caused by the threat of spreading a new infection COVID-19. In the current circumstances, we should acquire a heightened sense of solidarity to meet the basic needs of our citizens.
We address the people who are financially secure or stable to take this initiative launched by the political party ‘’Georgian Dream’’ and I think it will be an example for both public and private sector employees ” Levan Davitashvili said.
