Several companies started selling agricultural products from Marneuli Municipality
The Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Solomon Pavliashvili along with the State Representative in Kvemo Kartli region, Shota Rekhviashvili and local government officials visited villages in Marneuli Municipality.
Large distribution companies and local cargo carriers have taken about 250 tons of vegetables for sale from the villages of Marneui Municipality in the last two days.Â
 The law enforcement officers and relevant services of the local municipality controlled the product delivery process. The local residents were provided with medical face masks and social distancing was maintained between people to avoid the spread of the novel coronavirus. The movement of vehicles loaded with agricultural products from the territory of the municipality is carried out with the involvement of the relevant services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The representatives of the central and local government along with the operational management staff held a working meeting, where participants discussed issues related to the sale of agricultural products.
