Agricultural market was opened in Akhaltsikhe Municipality

Agricultural market was opened in Akhaltsikhe Municipality.  As recommended thermal  screenings is conducted for citizens before they enter the market, disinfection barrier has been arranged, entrance and exit gates are separated, customers are wearing medical face masks, mandatory 2-meter distance is maintained and controlled in the market.

The Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Solomon Pavliashvili,  State Representative in Samtskhe-Javakheti region, Besik Amiranashvili, Majoritarian MP of Akhaltsikhe and Adigeni, Giorgi Kopadze,  Mayor of Akhaltsikhe Municipality, Zaza Melikidze and representatives of the National Food Agency got familiar with the current conditions in the market.

The employees of Akhaltsikhe Municipality are conducting monitoring of the thermal screening process and asking citizens to keep social distance from each other.

The process of gradually easing  restrictions imposed during the state of emergency has started in the country, accordingly, National Food Agency gave recommendations for opening the trading facility. It was mentioned, that large-scale disinfection activities  have been carried out in Akhaltsikhe Agricultural Market to restore the trading process, proper distance has been kept between the counters, internal and external infrastructure, as well as yard and parking space of cars have been arranged.
