The Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Levan Davitashvili held a meeting with the Head of the UNDP in Georgia,  Niels Scott and other UNDP representatives. At the meeting, the sides have been focused on environmental projects and discussed future cooperation issues as well. According to Levan Davitashvili, under the frame of the consolidated Ministry, the cooperation on environmental and agricultural projects  will be actively continued and noted, that united management will lead to the effective implementation of these projects.
Levan Davitashvili underlined the importance of involvement of donor organizations in the implementation of the projects.
The Head of the UNDP promised to support initiatives of the Ministry and noted that cooperation with the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture  in the field of agriculture and environment protection is very important.
The Deputy Minister Nino Tandilashvili attended the meeting.
