The Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Levan Davitashvili introduced the employees of the Ministry with the  new Head of the Environmental Supervision Department Irakli Mukniashvili.
In 2012-2013, Irakli Mukniashvili was the Head of the Counter Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 2013-2014 he was Head of the Environmental Supervision Department, and in 2014-2017 he was the Deputy Head of the National Forestry Agency.
Irakli Mukunaishvili replaced Paata Batiashvili, head of the Environmental Supervision Department since August, 2016.
