Online meeting of Ms Nino Tandilashvili with Mr David S. De Falco, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Europe and Eurasia Global Markets
Agricultural development strategy, application of the American technologies in the agricultural field, as well as the Special American Business Internship Training (SABIT) program have been discussed during an online session between Ms Nino Tandilashvili, Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia and Mr David S. De Falco, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Europe and Eurasia Global Markets.American attendees of the remote meeting reiterated that US will provide support to its strategic partner Georgia through assigning funding for complementing agricultural projects.
“We have professed an interest in scrutinizing upcoming projects in the agricultural field. The US has demonstrated willingness for supporting response to tackling challenges of the agricultural field as an aftermath of the pandemic. We will join forces in elaborating areas, which shall benefit from financial support of our strategic partner” – Deputy Minister Tandilashvili stated.
