Strengthening of vocational schools is being actively pursued and it will be an inevitable part of the educational process.

One of the top priorities of the state is to promote continuing education. The strengthening of vocational schools is being actively pursued and it will be an inevitable part of the educational process.

Development, as well as accreditation of educational programs and popularization of sectoral professions  have been started, which will help to conduct trainings for such specialists as forester -taxation officer, environmental manager, expert in climate-smart agriculture.

The farmers needs were identified in all municipalities of Georgia, based on which, training programs and seminars will be held systematically to raise qualifications of farmers and increase their knowledge and improve access to modern technologies. .

The training course includes both theoretical and practical activities and increases farmers awareness, through sharing different success stories. Strengthening the capacity of farmers will help them to produce high  quality agricultural products.

Considering the importance of access to education, the current and planned projects in Georgia are supported by the European Union, the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the Green Climate Fund (GCF), the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), Governments of Sweden, Switzerland, Austria.
