The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia signs MoU with the LLC Sommet de l'Elevageā€

The respective MoU aims at fostering analyses and study of the micro-livestock farming in Georgia, through elaborating recommendations, which will be undertaken in frames of the project ā€œMicro-livestock in Georgiaā€ carried out by the Private Sector Research and Assistance Fund (FASEP).Ā 
The MoU was signed by the First Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, Mr Giorgi Khanishvili and Mr Jacques Flour, initiator, businessman and international expert of the project ā€œMicro-livestock in Georgiaā€.
Budget of the FASEP project is 507, 472 Euros, which has been allocated by the French Government and the French private company ā€œSommet de l'Elevageā€. The First Deputy Minister Khanishvili thanked French interlocutors for multi-year assistance to the Georgian agriculture.Ā 
ā€œI would like to express my gratitude to the French Government for funding the project and fostering assistance to the micro-livestock in Georgia. I believe that the respective project will significantly enhance implementation of our objectivesā€ ā€“ Deputy Minister Khanishvili stated.Ā
