From August 1 to November 7, 2021, Georgia has exported 12.4 thousand tonnes of hazelnuts, which has amounted into 56.4 million USD.

In comparison to the previous year, hazelnut export has boosted in 39 % (2,1 thousand tonnes),
while the value has increased by 7.0 million USD (14%).

The vast majority of the Georgian hazelnut is exported to the European Union’s markets - Italy (12,383 tonnes), Germany (2,090  tonnes), Spain (402 tonnes), Czechia (401 tonnes), Poland (311 tonnes), Lithuania (218 tonnes), Latvia (70 tonnes), France (148 tonnes), Estonia (38 tonnes), Bulgaria (110 tonnes), Belgium (41 tonnes). Greece (49 tonnes), Hungary (22 tonnes), Croatia (20 tonnes), 

Georgian hazelnuts are also exported to the following countries: Armenia (719 tonnes), China (578 tonnes), Ukraine (236 tonnes), Russia (211 tonnes), Belarus (164 tonnes), Iraq (144 tonnes), Saudi Arabia (133 tonnes) ), Mexico (120 tonnes), Algeria (104 tonnes), Switzerland (85 tonnes), Azerbaijan (82 tonnes), Canada (75 tonnes), Argentina (64 tonnes), United Arab Emirates (59 tonnes), Kazakhstan (45 tonnes ), United Kingdom (22 tonnes), Turkey (22 tonnes), Uzbekistan (22 tonnes), Kyrgyzstan (22 tonnes), Montenegro (22 tonnes), Tunisia (15 tonnes), Jordan (14 tonnes) and other countries (2 tonnes) ).
