In accordance with the decision made at the Government session today, the state program will enable farmers to receive co-financing and protect their crops through using locally produced hail systems.
The state program creates an additional incentive for the development of local business, which entails production of local seedlings, special anti hail nets and other essential gardening tools and equipment.
The cost for installation of well / well drilling, including pumping stations was increased due to the changes made in the program, however, the price is not exceeding GEl 18,800 and is not more than 50%, in the case of agricultural cooperatives ( enjoying their legal status), villages adjacent to the dividing line, as well as highland settlements – the price is not exceeding GEL 22,600 and is not more than 60%.
The program embracing new terms and conditions will be launched on March 1, 2022 .
