Studies on honey products actively carried out at the laboratories across the country

As a result of the intensive activities taken in recent years, the studies on honey products are being actively carried out at the laboratories across the country

 
The Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Mr. Solomon Pavliashvili accompanied by Mr. Irakli Guledani, Director of the State Laboratory of Agriculture paid a visit to the Ambrolauri Laboratory.


" Our regional laboratories operating in compliance with the international standards are extremely important for ensuring relevant research services to local residents. I would like to point out, that in recent years, as a result of the intensive activities, the studies on honey products are being actively carried out at the laboratories; 
"Our laboratory network meets the requirements of the European Union, which is crucial to facilitate the export of Georgian products to the EU market," - said Mr. Solomon Pavliashvili.
  

Papuna Margvelidze, State Representative in Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti, Zviad Mkheidze, Mayor of Ambrolauri Municipality, representatives of Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti Regional Divisions of the National Food Agency and Rural Development Agency and Ambrolauri Laboratory attended the working meeting.
 
During the meeting, the participants discussed the importance and need for conducting the research  at the Ambrolauri Laboratory, taking into account the capabilities of the laboratory as well.

 
The  processing enterprise "Geo-Flowers" and the honey enterprise "Natural Products of Racha" in Racha  region hosted the meetings held between the high rank officials and the entrepreneurs.Â
