Tengiz Nasaridze participated in the Georgian Agri-tech and Agro-innovations Forum supported by the USAID Agriculture Program.
Mr. Tengiz Nasaridze, the Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, made opening remarks at the Georgian Agri-tech and Agro-innovations Forum.
The forum was held with the support of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) Agriculture Program.
The participants had an opportunity to receive practical advice from local and international speakers and attend panel discussions.

" The Agri-tech and Agro-innovations Forum is a good platform for farmers and stakeholders to obtain the necessary information. The event welcomes youth involvement. As you know, the active involvement of young people in the agricultural sector is crucial for field development in light of current needs", - noted Mr.Tengiz Nasaridze, Deputy Minister of Environment Protection and Agriculture.

Mr. Davit Tsitlidze, Director of the Rural Development Agency, Mrs. Luiza Namicheishvili, Director of the USAID Agriculture Program, the representatives of the Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency, international organizations, farmers, and entrepreneurs attended the event.

The event also included an exhibition of local products, agro-technologies, and agro-innovations.
