Yuri Nozadze attended the opening of the International Fair for Hunting and Fishing in Salzburg, Republic of Austria.
Mr. Yuri Nozadze, Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, attended the opening of the International Fair for Hunting and Fishing in Salzburg, Republic of Austria.
The exhibition's primary purpose is to encourage sustainable development in the hunting and fishing industries, build business connections, and propose new ideas and innovations.
Within the framework of the exhibition, Mr. Yuri Nozadze, along with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Georgia to the Republic of Austria, Mrs. Ketevan Tsikhelashvili, held bilateral meetings with the Heads of the Department of Environmental Protection of Salzburg Federal Land Forestry Association, the Agricultural Vocational School, the Austrian Hunters' Association, the Environmental Protection Department, as well as the Foreign Economic Department of the Austrian Federal Chamber of Commerce.
During the meetings, the parties discussed current and future bilateral cooperation issues. The conversation touched upon issues of sustainable forest management, the development of protected areas, and the deepening of cooperation towards hunting and natural disaster management. The importance of sharing Austrian experience in the field of environmental protection was emphasized by the parties.
