Meeting with the Scholars of International Education Center

Maia Tskitishvili and  Levan Davitashvili together with the graduates will be the members of the Board of Association of Scholarship of the International Education Center of Georgia.
 The presentation was held under the frame of the annual forum of scholars in Gudauri resort. Together with the members of the government, the forum included scholars of the International Education Center and five scholarship winners of the 2018-2019 academic year.
 The Association will work in different directions and will build an effective cooperation between the center's scholars and state structures.
 "650 beneficiaries, who have obtained higher education in the leading educational institutions around the world are considered as a very interesting human resource. I would like to kindly ask you to inquire about job vacancies announced by our Ministry and sub-agencies. We need young people equipped with appropriate knowledge and skills, who have new approaches and vision towards many things, we need young knowledgeable staff in the regions, especially in the mountainous regions" said Maia Tskitishvili, the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia.

''You are our valuable asset and our country will use this human resource. We see a big potential for further cooperation and this cooperation embraces many directions. I see great opportunities that will enable you to put your knowledge into practice" -said Levan Davitashvili, Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture.

The International Education Centre of Georgia (IEC) was established in 2014 and since that time it has awarded Georgian citizens willing to study abroad with hundreds of scholarships. Up to 150 beneficiaries have already completed their studies. According to the rules of grant, graduates, graduates of Master's, Doctoral and Qualification   Assurance programs are returning to their homeland and work in the relevant field for at least 3 years.
