The one-year project aims to develop a comprehensive sludge management plan tailored to Georgia's specific needs, including the launch of a pilot program. The project focuses on four main tasks:
1. Assessing the current situation and planning the next steps based on existing conditions.
2. Developing a legal framework aligned with international standards.
3. Engaging and training stakeholders, including the state and private sectors.
4. Developing pilot projects in selected municipalities.
