David Songulashvili: “Amidst the increasing environmental challenges, raising public awareness is becoming more crucial than ever."

"On March 22, we celebrate one of the world’s largest environmental initiatives – ‘’Earth Hour’’. This marks Georgia's seventeenth participation in the event, during which we voluntarily refrain from using electricity for one hour. This symbolic gesture is a powerful reminder of the increasing damage our planet faces due to our daily activities.
One of the key drivers of this damage is global climate change. To effectively combat this issue, it is essential to unite society, raise public awareness, and take meaningful actions. A protected environment is the foundation of a secure future, and Earth Hour brings millions together around this idea," stated Mr. David Songulashvili.
