Minister David Songulashvili Visits Georgian Pavilion at CASPIAN AGRO 2025 in Baku.
As part of his official visit to Azerbaijan, the Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, Mr. David Songulashvili, visited the Georgian national pavilion at the International Agricultural Exhibition CASPIAN AGRO 2025 in Baku.
During his visit, Mr. Songulashvili met with Georgian entrepreneurs showcasing their products at the exhibition. The Minister familiarized himself with the diverse range of offerings and highlighted the significant export potential of high-quality Georgian products.
“Participation in exhibitions of this scale plays a vital role in the promotion of Georgian agricultural products in the global markets. It enables us to present our country’s potential to a broad international audience and expand export opportunities. With the financial and organizational support of the Government, Georgian entrepreneurs can participate with dignity and use platforms like CASPIAN AGRO to forge important trade and economic partnerships.”
The beneficiary companies of the Rural Development Agency showcased their products in the Georgian pavilion at the CASPIAN AGRO 2025. The exhibition featured wine, canned goods, natural juices, confectionery, dried fruits, and organic juices.
The CASPIAN AGRO 2025 exhibition, which runs from May 13 to May 16, 2025, brings together participants from over 25 countries and attracts more than 15,000 visitors annually.
The Deputy Minister Mr. Lasha Dolidze, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Azerbaijan, Mr. Zurab Pataradze, and Director of the Rural Development Agency, Mr. Giorgi Darchia, accompanied the Minister at the exhibition.
