David Songulashvili Meets Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem

The Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, Mr. David Songulashvili, along with members of the Georgian delegation, met with His Beatitude Theophilos III, Patriarch of Jerusalem and All Palestine.

 
During the meeting, the sides discussed the historic ties between the Georgian and Jerusalem Churches, as well as the importance of peace and stability.


Minister Songulashvili congratulated Patriarch Theophilos III on the 20th anniversary of his enthronement.
 

His Beatitude guided the Minister through the sacred sites of the Patriarchate.
 

The Minister also left a note in the guestbook.


At the end of the meeting, the Patriarch offered his blessing to the members of the Georgian delegation and wished them success.
