Value of Herb Exports Increases by 22%

The value of herb exports rose by 22%, while the export volume increased by 15%.

 

In February of the current year, Georgia exported 503 tonnes of herbs, amounting to USD 1.1 million. Compared to January–February of the previous year, the export value increased by 22%, and the quantity by 15%.

 

The main export markets for Georgian herbs are Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Bulgaria, and other countries. Additionally, the average export price of herbs is on the rise, reaching USD 2.12 per kilogram in 2025.
