Alcoholic Beverage Exports Increase by 22%

In February 2026, Georgia exported alcoholic beverages worth USD 38 million, which is 22% higher than the same period last year (an increase of USD 6 million).

Out of which, 6.5 million liters of wine worth USD 20 million were exported. The value of wine exports increased by 23%, while the export volume rose by 21% compared to the same period of the previous year.

In February of this year, the average export price of spirits increased by 15%, while the average export price of wine rose by 2%.

The main export markets for spirits are Russia, Armenia, Ukraine, the European Union, Belarus, and Azerbaijan. The primary export markets for wine include Russia, the European Union, Ukraine, China, the United States, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and other countries.
