Nodar Kereselidze opened Agro/Food/Drink/Tech Expo

The First Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Nodar Kereselidze  opened the 18th International Exhibition of Agro, Food and Drink Products and Food Processing Equipment" (Agro / Food / Drink / Tech).
As the First Deputy Minister noted, the aim of the International exhibition is to promote the expansion of industrial facilities and economic growth in Georgia and Caucasus region by means of an introduction of foreign companies in the market and connecting them local companies.
Ambassadors of Italy and Poland have also addressed the participants. Agricultural machinery, equipment and packaging materials, greenhouse technologies and equipment, irrigation systems, laboratory equipment, planting and seed materials, fertilizers and pesticides, consulting services and modern technologies are presented at the exhibition.
It is worth noting, that more than 120 companies from 14 countries take part in the international exhibition. Including Belarus manufacturers. Within the exhibition Nodar Kereselidze opened the National Pavilion of Belarus, where the visitors have got the opportunity to see the products produced by the largest national confectionery companies, sausages, baby nutrition also agricultural machinery companies.
The exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture and organized by Expo Georgia. Exhibition "Expo Georgia" opened at 11th pavilion and will last for 3 days from 10:00 to 18:00.
