According to the data of January 15, 2019, the tangerine export in volume reached 28,855 tons, that is an increase, amounting more than 6.549 tons compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.
The list of major export countries include Russia (19,267 t), Ukraine (6,280 t), Armenia (2,690 t), Uzbekistan (261 t), Kazakhstan (138), Belarus (120 t), Kyrgyzstan (60 t), Latvia ).
► The amount of non-standard tangerine received by factories for industrial processing over the period from December 1, 2018 to January 14, 2019 has reached to 11,855 tonnes, which  exceeded by 3,596 tons compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.
The coordination center is operated in Adjara region, where hot line of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia (1501) is available for all interested persons, who will get the citrus harvest related information.
