Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Levan Davitashvili hosted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Italy to Georgia, H.E. Antonio Enrico Bartoli
At the meeting, the sides have been focused on issues, regarding Georgian Delegation led by the Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture to participate in the Governing Council meeting of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) in Italy.
The participants confirmed the importance of the meeting and noted, that, bilateral meetings will be conducted under the frame of the official visit, where issues to further deepen the cooperation between the two countries will be discussed by sides.
Antonio Bartoli underlined the importance of positive cooperation between Georgia and Italy in the field of agriculture and environmental protection.
Levan Davitashvili thanked the Ambassador for support and successful cooperation.
The Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Khatia Tsilosani attended the meeting.
