The HCFC Phase-out Management Plan (HPMP)

The HCFC Phase-out Management Plan (HPMP) is developed to enable Georgia to meet the obligations under the Montreal Protocol and its Amendments. It has been prepared by the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Georgia with assistance from UNDP.  The HPMP has been formulated following the process and guidance provided by the relevant decisions of the Meeting of the Parties of the Montreal Protocol and the Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund.
