Contract Titles:

Lot 1: Supply of Computer Hardware to the Georgian Amelioration - IDIC/G/ICB/01-L1

Lot 2: Supply of Notebooks to the Georgian Amelioration - IDIC/G/ICB/01-L2

Lot 3: Supply of Printing Equipment to the Georgian Amelioration - IDIC/G/ICB/01-L3

 

  1. Lot 1: Supply of Computer Hardware to the Georgian Amelioration - IDIC/G/ICB/01-L1, Lot 2: Supply of Notebooks to the Georgian Amelioration - IDIC/G/ICB/01-L2, Lot 3: Supply of Printing Equipment to the Georgian Amelioration - IDIC/G/ICB/01-L3.

 

  1. 2.         The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for

LOT 1:Supply of Computer Hardware to the Georgian Amelioration. Latest Delivery Date is 90 days from the date of contract signature.

The goods include:

  • PC (A) – 30 unit;
  • PC (B) – 18 unit;
  • Monitor – 28 unit;

 

LOT 2: Supply of Notebooks to the Georgian Amelioration. Latest Delivery Date is 90 days from the date of contract signature.

The goods include:

  • Notebook (A) – 90 unit;
  • Notebook (B)– 13 unit;
  • Notebook (C) – 15 unit;
  • Tablet (A) – 30 unit;
  • Tablet (B) – 1 unit;

 

LOT 3: Supply of Printing Equipment to the Georgian Amelioration. Latest Delivery Date is 90 days from the date of contract signature.

The goods include:

  • Printer (A) – 3 unit;
  • Printer (B)– 1 unit;
  • Printer (C) – 1 unit;
  • Printer (D) – 1 unit.
  • Plotter – 2 unit;

 

 

 

Qualifications requirements include and are not limited to:

 

If Bidder is Manufacturer :

(i)      Financial Capability

The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence that it meets the following financial requirement(s):

 

For LOT 1:

-          average annual turnover for GEL 500,000 within last 3 years (i.e. since 1st January, 2015);

For LOT 2:

-          average annual turnover for GEL 750,000 within last 3 years (i.e. since 1st January, 2015);

For LOT 3:

-          average annual turnover for GEL 300,000 within last 3 years (i.e. since 1st January, 2015);

 

 

(ii)     Experience and Technical Capacity

The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that it meets the following experience requirement(s):

For LOT 1:

(i) At least 3 (three) years of experience in production and/or supply of goods as required under this IFB.

(ii) At least 1 (one) successfully completed similar contract with minimum value of GEL 200,000 over the last 5 (five) years. References from beneficiaries on successful completion of contracts are mandatory.

 

For LOT 2:

(i) At least 3 (three) years of experience in production and/or supply of goods as required under this IFB.

(ii) At least 1 (one) successfully completed similar contract with minimum value of GEL 250,000 over the last 5 (five) years. References from beneficiaries on successful completion of contracts are mandatory.

 

For LOT 3:

(i) At least 3 (three) years of experience in production and/or supply of goods as required under this IFB.

(ii) At least 1 (one) successfully completed similar contract with minimum value of GEL 150,000 over the last 5 (five) years. References from beneficiaries on successful completion of contracts are mandatory.

 

(iii)    Documentary Evidence

The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that the Goods it offers meet the following usage requirement: The goods shall be I.S.O. (or with equivalent quality management system certification) certified.

(b)     If Bidder is not manufacturer:

         If a Bidder is not a manufacturer, but is offering the Goods on behalf of the Manufacturer under Manufacturer's Authorization Form (Section IV, Bidding Forms), the Manufacturer shall demonstrate the above qualifications (i), (ii), (iii) and the Bidder shall demonstrate that it has successfully completed

 

For LOT 1: at least 1 (one) contract of similar goods with minimum value of GEL 100,000 in the past 5 (five) years;

 

For LOT 2: at least 1 (one) contract of similar goods with minimum value of GEL 100,000 in the past 5 (five) years; and

 

For LOT 3: at least 1 (one) contract of similar goods with minimum value of GEL 40,000 in the past 5 (five) years;

 

  1. 3.         Bidders may bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the bidding document.  Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded with more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.

 

  1. 4.         Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers,  January 2011, revised July 2014  (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

 

  1. 5.         Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 10:00 to 17:00 hours at the address given below.

 

 

  1. 6.         A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of GEL 250 or GEL 500 (including courier services) equivalent in other freely convertible currency.
